The Blended mobility engaged 26 students in a learning experience combining face-to-face classes and e-learning education with a mix of research-based academic teaching and practitioner-based lecturing.

The self-paced training on digital transformation, sustainability, and procurement fundamentals was accessible on Open edX starting on 22 May 2023.

The three modules composing the e-learning training were designed and implemented by the project partners as one of the two intellectual outputs to get the selected students familiar with the fundamental concepts of how public procurement can be redesigned through digital tools to achieve sustainability goals before the beginning of the on-site programme.

The on-site programme entitled Sustainable Public Procurement in the Digital Age was held at Villa Mondragone (Monteporzio - Rome) from 10 to 14 July 2023. It was a five-day immersive learning experience that, besides the specific competencies, contributed to developing intercultural competencies through interactions with participants from different backgrounds/countries.
